Market Platform - Orphaned Customers
What is it?
A new feature in Market - orphaned customers allows for Sales Managers and above to either bulk or individually reassign customers who do not have an active assigned sales person. Customer profiles that no longer have an assigned sales person due to the original account being deactivated can be assigned directly to a different sales person.
Cool, how do I do it?
1. Select the customers tab from the left hand bar, then select "Orphaned Customers" from the drop down.

2. Once in the Orphaned Customers screen, simply select the "Reassign Button" to choose a new assignee one at a time.

That's too slow.
If you'd like to bulk reassign these, simply select the ones you wish to reassign by selecting the box to the left. Once you've made your selections, simply click the tricolon button and select bulk reassign.

What's Round Robin?
Selecting the round robin button instead of bulk reassign will allow the selected customers to be assigned in a round robin format to multiple sales people. I.e. Customer 1 - SP 1, Customer 2 - SP 2, Customer 3 - SP 1.
