Service RO Video
** The installation process for iPhone users has changed, please follow the steps below**
1. Email marketsupport@goauto.ca for a Market Helper download link
2. Open the link provided by Market Support on the device you will be using for videos
3. Next you will need to add a shortcut to https://market.goauto.io/rotracker from Safari.
You can add a website icon to your iPhone Home Screen for quick access.
- While viewing the website, tap. in the menu bar.
- Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen. If you don't see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.

We have added video functionality to Market Mobile for your service customers. This feature will continue to grow and evolve as we move ahead. If you have suggestions or feedback, please reach out to marketplatformsupport@goauto.ca
- Access market mobile on the device you would like to use. You can find it at market.goauto.io You will log into this using you are @goauto.ca email address and password. If you are unsure of your login information, please send an email to support@goauto.ca
- Once signed in, use the menu on the left-hand side of the screen to select “service”. If you are accessing the site via a mobile device, you will have to use the drop-down menu at the top left of the screen, as shown


- You will then be brought to the RO search screen. If you have access to more than one dealership, you can navigate through them using the drop-down menu at the top.
This screen will display the RO number, when it was opened, the customer’s name, the assigned service advisor, the status of the RO, and a count of the number of videos, photos, and inspections saved on a customer’s profile. The RO’s are listed in descending numerical order, and you can search an RO # in the top right-hand corner.


- CDK will sync RO’s every 15 minutes. If the RO you are looking for is not showing, you can create a temporary RO. Please ensure you are creating one using the same RO# that you started in CDK. You can also use the filter function to find what you are looking for.

- Once you have selected the customer, you will go to the overview screen. This will have: the type of vehicle the customer has in service, if there is currently an SMS number saved for the customer (Numbers will be imported from CDK on any customers it is available for), it will be displayed. If there is no SMS number saved, please enter one and save it. If you are looking to get back to this screen at any point, select the “overview” option at the top of your screen as indicated in the graphic.


- The Videos/Photos tabs will show any videos/photos saved to the RO, with options available to review, share, or delete. You can tell if a video has been shared with the customer when the share icon is colored orange


*Please note: Videos and photos may be automatically shared with your customer. Please see your manager to confirm how your store handles this process.
- The details tab will display the status of the RO, including: Vehicle details and VIN #, Service advisor, and op codes from CDK


CHECKLISTS
- Inspection checklists, such as the AMVIC checklist, can now be found under the checklists tab. Service technicians will have access to the checklists when they need to complete them. If you are looking to review the previous inspections, you can select the print button to access them.
