Market: Scanning a Go Auto App / Service Go Card Rewards
How to Get Go Card Points on an RO:
With the Go Card program, customers will receive 5% back on anything they spend in our service and parts departments.
*Please note: For Parts purchases, continue to populate the DLR9 field in CDK with the Go Card number to ensure the customer still receives rewards.
Exclusions for rewards:
- 5% reward cannot be received if the customer has paid with Go Card funds, or if it was covered internally or by warranty.
- 5% reward cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
- Some locations may have the benefits pre-built into their service packages. The customer will not receive a 5% award on these products.
*In order to receive the reward, the customer’s Go Card QR Code must be scanned when they are checking in their vehicle.
- To do so, please navigate to the service section in Market Platform.

- Have the customer navigate to the Go Auto App.

- Once they select the card, they will have access for you to scan the QR code, using the scanner provided by the dealership.

- Select the scan button in Market to the left of the customer’s appointment and use the dealership-provided scanner to scan the customer's QR code.

- The customer’s GO card information will be populated in the section that previously said “No Go Card”.

- Once you close the RO, the Go Card will be loaded overnight with the 5% rewards.
