Market Service: How to Add a Temporary RO

How to Add a Temporary RO:

CDK will sync RO’s every 15 minutes. If the RO you are looking for is not showing, you can create a temporary RO. Please ensure you are creating one using the same RO# that you started in CDK

Select the green plus icon to add a RO#

Add your RO# into the “Create Temporary Service RO” box that pops up and hit submit.

Once CDK has synced your RO with Market, it will automatically merge with the temporary RO you have created.
