Market: How to Sign up for/Create a Go Auto App Account
How to Sign up for/Create a Go Card App Account:
**If you are assisting a customer with the initial sign up, it is best practice to ask them for their current email address first, then update it in their Market profile. Make sure to update the customer's EMAIL IDENTITY (this is what links their Market Profile to the Go Auto App)**

*If there is an email identity already in the profile, but it is incorrect, simply delete it and add the customer's current email*
- Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App store on any mobile device and search for Go Auto App, then download the app.

- Once you have completed the download, open the app and select Sign Up Or Log In

- The customer will then enter their email (the one we confirmed was current earlier) followed by Continue

- Have the customer fill in the required information, followed by Sign Up

- The next step is to enter the verification code that the customer will receive in their email.
*If the customer says they did not get the verification code, have the customer check their junk/spam folder for the code.

- After the customer has entered the confirmation code, they will be logged in and ready to go!

- To confirm if a customer has signed up on the Go Auto app, pull up their profile in Market and look for the green checkmark.
